Ship the right product in the right package

JI Bases has been in the business for over 60 years, and we've seen a lot. We've heard a lot. And we have a good idea on how table bases should be shipped. Years of shipments, arriving with the least amount of concern is what helps to make us the table base experts.

For some time, the industry has those who ship table bases "knocked down." There are those who ship them "ready-to-install". And, still others just put them in with other furnishings, with little to no thought of how they actually reach the install location. Some of our customers have come to JI Bases because they're tired of taking the chance that they'll receive damaged parts.

Pedestal table bases, whether round, cross, square, or any other style can also be tough to assemble.  If shipped "knocked down," many manufacturers put an easily lost assembly instruction page in the box with the table base. Or, the packaging for those styles that are "ready-to-install" are so much larger than they really need to be, costing the customer much more in freight costs.

So, how is ordering from JI Bases any different?

• JI Bases ships in packaging that always fits the size of the order. 
• Some items can be shipped in a single box, making the availability of "one box...one table base."
• We ship many of our styles in boxes of 2 or 5, making the size of the order less important which is why we have no minimums.
• Our 4-pronged ("X" or Cross) bases automatically come with "leg" protectors that reduce legs sticking out of boxes. And other styles have corner protectors, and additional foam wrapping.
• Our assembly instructions are printed right on the boxes or, there's easy to find "installation" instructions on-line.
